Mediation is a conflict management process that allows people who are experiencing conflict to discuss the situation in a private setting. Mediation is a private and confidential process which can be used in almost every kind of conflict situation. Mediators are trained to help people who are in conflict to talk to one another, gain new information about their situation, identify options and resources, and gain greater clarity about their conflict. The Dayton Mediation Center is a supportive place where people who are having problems, conflicts, or disagreements can come to talk and make decisions about their situation.

If you would like to talk to someone about mediation, please call 937-333-2345 or fill out the Contact Us form.
